Shipping policy

Delivery within New Zealand

We do our best to despatch your order by standard courier delivery within 3 - 5 business days of receipt, unless advised otherwise (excluding public holidays and weekends). During especially busy times, such as sale events and the Christmas season, it may take us a little longer to get your order on its way. As a small team, every order is packed with care and attention, and we truly appreciate your patience while we work through the extra excitement! Delivery charges may vary depending on the weight and size of your order.

Charli & Coco is pleased to offer FREE shipping nationwide on all orders over $200. For orders under $200, your shipping and handling fee will be determined by the total weight of your order and delivery destination, and will be calculated at the checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

Our online store currently offers international delivery to Australia, the USA and the United Kingdom via DHL Express, NZ Couriers, FedEx and NZ Post. 

Please note that, due to import regulations, we are unable to ship food products internationally.

International Shipping Rates

Australia: From AUD $35.00. Free shipping on orders over $500.

United States: We currently offer two shipping options:

• NZ Post Economy Tracked Post: From USD $28.00 (estimated delivery: 3–10 business days)
• DHL Express International Courier: From USD $46.00 (estimated delivery: 3–5 business days)

United Kingdom: From £35

Please note that any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged on delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.
